Introduction

DeployGo ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI website generator and hosting platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use deploygo.com and related services (the "Service").

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through your use of the Service.

  • Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and role or permission settings when you sign in.
  • Project and user content: website descriptions, chat messages, uploaded files (such as ZIP archives), generated HTML/CSS/assets, published site metadata, and custom domains or slugs you choose.
  • Billing and usage data: subscription plan, invoice records, mock or live payment references, publish counts, and feature usage needed to enforce plan limits.
  • Technical data: browser type, IP address, device information, log data, and cookies or similar technologies used to maintain sessions and preferences (including theme settings).

How we use information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating and hosting websites, processing subscriptions, enforcing acceptable use, communicating about your account, and debugging errors.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information.

AI and third-party services

DeployGo uses third-party providers to deliver core functionality. When you generate or refine a site, prompts and related context may be sent to AI providers such as OpenAI to produce website content and code. Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

In production, we use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and related infrastructure. Account and project data stored with Supabase is subject to Supabase's security and data processing practices.

We may use additional subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, analytics, or payment processing as the Service evolves. We will update this policy when materially new categories of processors are introduced.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as light or dark theme), and protect the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit certain features.

Data retention and security

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated projects by contacting support@deploygo.com.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@deploygo.com to exercise these rights. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
